This Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of all services provided by ServerKings.NET (“Provider”). By accessing or utilising any Services, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by this Agreement. This Agreement applies in full to all infrastructure, including VPS, VDS, dedicated servers, and associated network services.
The Services are provided exclusively for legitimate game server hosting and directly associated operational workloads. Any use outside of this defined scope is considered non-conforming and may be restricted or terminated without prior notice.
Clients are granted a limited, revocable right to utilise allocated resources for standard game server operations only. This includes gameplay data exchange, server updates, and essential runtime processes required for hosting interactive game environments.
VPN and tunnelling services are permitted only under strict fair usage conditions, capped at 20TB monthly transfer. Excessive usage may result in throttling, service restriction, or termination at the sole discretion of the Provider.
Any reference to “unlimited”, “unmetered”, or similar terminology shall not be construed as a guarantee of infinite capacity. All Services are subject to physical hardware limitations, network saturation thresholds, and fair distribution requirements.
The Provider reserves sole and absolute discretion in determining compliance with this Agreement. Usage patterns may be evaluated through automated and manual systems, including traffic analysis and resource consumption profiling.
The Provider may monitor all network activity for compliance, security, and operational integrity purposes. Such monitoring may include packet analysis, bandwidth tracking, and system-level telemetry.
The Provider reserves the unrestricted right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason deemed necessary to protect infrastructure stability or policy compliance.
Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to uptime guarantees or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ServerKings.NET shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.
The Client is solely responsible for all activities conducted under their account, including actions performed by third parties, users, or delegated administrators.
While reasonable measures are implemented to protect system integrity, the Provider does not warrant absolute data security. The Client acknowledges inherent risks associated with network-based systems.
All fees are due in accordance with the applicable service order. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments are non-refundable.
The Provider reserves the right to amend, update, or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.
This Agreement shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the United Kingdom.
